We think it is unfair to customers to conceal the cost of freight until the very end of their online transaction. Many competitors advertise their products at very low cost, but once the freight is calculated, customers get a big surprise. When the freight charge is calculated at the very end of the transaction it can add as much as 30% to the total cost.

We offer free shipping on our gun safe models and this includes a lift gate/curbside delivery. Recently, some competitors have advertised "free shipping" but when you read the small print you find it means only if you have an industrial dock for a "dock to dock" delivery. This of course means the shipping is not free for the home owner.

This is what to expect when you order your gun safe with free shipping. When the product arrives in your area, the freight company will give you a call to set up a convenient delivery time. The truck will come with one delivery man. He will move the carton onto the lift gate and lower it to the ground near your building/home. The reason we have to charge extra for indoor delivery, is that it is necessary for two delivery men to bring your product. Some times even a third man is required for the heavier products.
